Join us for a 2-day retreat specifically designed for members of the 2nd Saturday Group to work on and complete their quilts. The retreat will take place from 10 AM to 5 PM on both days, with lunch and SWAG provided. It’s a fun opportunity to finish your project!

Back by popular demand. Paint a 24 X 24 inch Barn Quilt Sign. All you will need to bring is maybe an apron everything else will be provided.

A one-time class to teach you the basics of Rug Hooking and prepare you to join our monthly Rug Hooking club. A kit that has everything you need to make this cute pumpkin will be available to purchase directly from the teacher for $60 the day of the class.

A fun day once a month to get together with fellow quilters and work on your projects. Set up your machine and sew all day. Bring along a treat to share and a little sack lunch if you are planning to stay all day. There is also many great places to eat within walking distance from Village Dry Goods. Prepayment is required to attend, so stop by the store to pay or go online to reserve your space.

The Come Color Club gathers monthly to delve into the delights of coloring and painting on fabric. Our primary medium is "Derwent Inktense" colored pencils, although "Prisma" colored pencils and fabric-compatible paints are also embraced. Creativity knows no bounds here. Please bring your chosen pattern already traced onto your fabric. To reserve your place, monthly pre-payment for the club is required. Registration is available online or in-store.

Just in time for spring sewing, join us to create this adorable Mini Duffle Bag. It measures 12" x 5.5" x 5.5" and requires three fat quarters and a 22" zipper. Additional supplies will be listed.

Bring your sewing machine and learn how to clean and oil it properly. Please ensure that your machine is a Featherweight. A Singer Featherweight is specifically classified as either the Singer 221 or 222 model. It is made of cast aluminum and weighs just over 11 pounds. A quick way to identify this model is by its sewing surface: the bed extension flips up on the left side, allowing it to fit compactly into its case. Please note that this class will be rescheduled in case of bad weather.

Join us and learn how to knit this fun and decorative table runner. In this class, you will learn the basic steps of knitting, including concepts and vocabulary, yarn basics, cast on and bind off, knit and purl stitches, how to read a pattern, and how to make a gauge swatch. If there is enough interest we may even start a knitting club.

Lynn's Tiny Obsession is back! Thanks to Joy and Sue, who have agreed to lead the monthly "Tiny" club, we can continue to explore our love for all things tiny in quilting. This club will be a fun opportunity to gather monthly for learning, discussion, and discovery. You might even catch a few surprise video appearances from Lynn! To secure your spot each month, please sign up online or in-store.

This is a monthly club for Needle Punchers of all skill levels to come meet together and work on any project they would like. Lisa McComb will be here to help you with your projects. Club Fee of $15 must be paid in advance to hold your spot. Payment can be made in store or online. Class will be cancelled if less than 3 people have signed up. You will be notified the day before class if it has been cancelled.

Join us for this inclusive introduction to Punch Needle Rug Hooking. We will create this quick little lamb ornament using thick four-ply wool rug yarn and the size 10 regular Oxford punch needle. The size 10 regular punch needle is also used for punching size 6, 7, and 8 wool strips or any material that will easily slide through the punch needle, such as two or three strands of thin yarn. You will complete the 4” x 6” lamb in class. No sewing is necessary. Your kit will include supplies for one ornament. (Design on monk’s cloth, yarn, and embellishments) During the class, we'll have frames and needles available for your use. If you find them useful and want to continue your new hobby at home, you can purchase them after the class.
