Anyone can learn this technique and be successful in making this bag.
Requirements:
No sewing machine is needed for the first class but you will need "dress-making scissors", and the pattern.
Second class, you will need a Sewing machine and basic sewing supplies.
Fabric requirements are listed on the pattern. If you want inside pockets you will need an extra 1/4 yard of matching or contrasting fabric.
